Riverbrooke is a subdivision located in East Raleigh just off Rock Quarry Road. Homes were built between 1997 and 2007, and average 1800 square feet in size, with the smallest being 1100 and the largest 2700 square feet.
Homes are built on modest lot sizes, neighbors are close by, and there are sidewalks connecting streets. The neighborhood is close to the Walnut Creek Amphitheater and some state parks, and is about 20 minutes to downtown Raleigh. It is comfortably close to I-40 and I440 exchanges. Schools serving Riverbrooke are East Garner Elementary, West Lake Middle, and Garner High.

>> let's get to the list. number one on the list is raleigh, north carolina . so what's the average sales praise there and how does it compare to the median sales in the u.s.?
>> it's $224,000 whereas the national average right now is a low $169,000. but this is a market that's been buyed by the young population that's been growing. that creates a tremendous demand for housing. this is a traditional three bedroom, two and a half bathhouse with a screened in porch and water view. get it for $170,000. lots of jobs, lots of homes available and the prices are right.
