The community of Abbington Ridge is accessed by Rock Quarry Road, just from I-40 at the Jones Sausage Road exit. Abbington Ridge offers beautiful townhomes and single family homes.
The three villages within Abbington Ridge - The Village, The Bluffs, and The Townes were developed by New Homes, Inc. The Townes offer 108 townhome units, with four different floor plans. All are two story, approximately 1300 square feet, and priced in the low $120s. The units are laid out nicely with a large natural common area buffering backyards for all units.
The Village and The Bluffs each hold 50 homes, two story, featuring six different floor plans. >> let's get to the list. number one on the list is raleigh, north carolina . so what's the average sales praise there and how does it compare to the median sales in the u.s.?
>> it's $224,000 whereas the national average right now is a low $169,000. but this is a market that's been buyed by the young population that's been growing. that creates a tremendous demand for housing. this is a traditional three bedroom, two and a half bathhouse with a screened in porch and water view. get it for $170,000. lots of jobs, lots of homes available and the prices are right.
